1. This is your UTokyo Account.
2. This is the name registered in your UTokyo Account.
3. If "現在アクティブな登録がありません" is displayed, you have not yet started using the School of Science services.
4. Click "追加申請" to submit a new application.

1. Enter your name in Japanese as it will appear in the School of Science services.
2. Enter your name in English as it will appear in the School of Science services.
3. Select your affiliated organization.
4. Select your status.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Enter your start date.
7. Enter your end date.
8. Click Submit to complete the application.

1. If your application details are displayed under "申請処理中", it means your request is waiting for approval.

1. Once approved, your application details will appear under "現在アクティブな登録"
2. You can click "追加申請" to update your application details.
